We need your help with a couple of items below. These items must be completed in order to participate in our tournament.
Below is a link to electronically submit a complete roster of your team. Please fill it out and submit it by Wednesday, February 10th.
We are allowing up to 12 players and 2 coaches per team.

The MDH requires us to have a list of all spectators for contact tracing. If you could help us with that process and provide that information to us either before our tournament or upon arrival, that will help the day go much smoother for everyone.
Attached is a PDF that can be printed, filled out, and turned in. You can either fill it out and email it back to me ahead of time or bring it with you when you arrive for the tournament.
We are allowing up to 2 spectators per player. (Please note that the 2 coaches are not counted as spectators and do not get 2 additional spectators to watch them)

* Waseca Intermediate School: Park in the East parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
