By OBA 02/02/2020, 2:00pm CST

February 15-16, 2020 Boys Traveling Basketball Tournament

Thank you for registering for the P.L.A.Y. It Up Classic in Prior Lake. We look forward to hosting your team(s). This message includes important details to help make the weekend successful.

Brackets have been posted on the P.L.A.Y. Tournament page of our website. Please review closely to be sure you are at the right school at the right time. Games may start 10+ minutes early, so please arrive well ahead of game time. Brackets will be posted at each school and will be updated online throughout the weekend.

Locations and Parking
The tournament will be held at three schools:
Prior Lake High School - 8ABC and 7AB
Twin Oaks Middle School (TOMS) - 7C, 6AB
Hidden Oaks Middle School (HOMS) - 6C, 5ABC, 4AB

Map links to each site can be found on our website. The main parking lot at the high school is on the east side, lower level. Parking may be difficult at TOMS on Saturday early afternoon due to a play going on at the school. You may park across the street at HOMS, or use street parking where permitted. Please do not create a parking spot where one does not exist.

Admissions is $7 for adults per day, and $5 for kids 5-12, seniors and veterans. Under 5 are free.

Concessions will be available at all three schools and will feature coffee and donuts in the morning, then hot dogs, pizza, and Chick-fil-A sandwiches while supplies last, as well as drinks, candy, chips and more.

Rules and Trophies
Rules can be found on our website, including tie breakers for pool play. Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Consolation for most brackets. If you place, please be sure to connect with a site coordinator to receive your trophies before leaving.

Tournament Guidelines for All
P.L.A.Y.'s mission is to provide competitive yet fun athletic opportunities for kids.  Our priority is safety, skills development, and the teaching of life lessons through sports. Our program promotes the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and integrity. We believe learning both success and failure through competition will benefit our future generations.

We hope that all who attend and participate in our tournament will share in this mission by conducting themselves in a respectful manner toward all teammates, coaches, other players, officials, parents and volunteers.

Thank you! We look forward to seeing you in a few short weeks.
