Thank you for your patience as we worked to finalize details for our tournament on Feb. 13-14. Please review all of the information in this message and in the attached document.

Game Schedules:

Game schedules are LIVE online and on the Tourney Machine app. Please check day, time and location for each game carefully.  

Tournament Information:

We have posted most of the information you’ll need for our tournament on our website and in the PDF link at the bottom of this message. Please read it all carefully, and share with coaches, teams and parents. We will have a follow-up communication coming soon with arrival/entrance information.

IMPORTANT FACE SHIELD UPDATE:

We received confirmation that our school district’s face shield policy will still be in effect for our tournament. All coaches on the bench and volunteers at the scoring table will need to wear a mask AND a face shield. Because we are one of the only tournaments requiring this, we will provide up to 3 face shields for your coaches and book/score table volunteer*. A photo of the type of shield is below. Please indicate on the online roster form how many you will need. If you already have one of your own, you may use it as long as it is the visor type that covers your whole face (no half/mouth-cover-only shields allowed). Face shields can be picked up with wristbands at check-in. They must be worn during games and whenever you are in close contact with players.

Rosters:

We have posted a roster submission form on our website. Please have a coach from each team complete this form. A coach cell number is required in case of last-minute changes. There is also a spot to let us know how many face shields you will need (up to 3). Please have rosters completed by Monday, February 8.

Waivers:

Each player will need a completed waiver, which covers that player’s spectators as well. Waivers will be compared against rosters to be sure everyone has completed it prior to playing. Please have all waivers completed by Monday, February 8.

*The information document says you can have up to 3 coaches AND a separate score/book volunteer. However, we will only provide a total of 3 shields. If you want a 4th person for the score/book volunteer, you will need to provide a shield for that person.
