•  4 Blue is in 4th grade pool 1
•  5 Silver is in 5th grade pool 1
•  6 Silver is in 6th grade pool 2
•  There is only bracket for both 7 Silver and 8 Blue

We need your help with a couple of items below.  These items must be completed in order to participate in our tournament.            

TEAM ROSTER

Below is a link to electronically submit a complete roster of your team.  Please fill it out and submit it by Wednesday, February 10th.  

We are allowing up to 12 players and 2 coaches per team.

SPECTATOR LIST

The MDH requires us to have a list of all spectators for contact tracing.  If you could help us with that process and provide that information to us either before our tournament or upon arrival, that will help the day go much smoother for everyone.  

Attached is a PDF that can be printed, filled out, and turned in.  You can either fill it out and email it back to me ahead of time or bring it with you when you arrive for the tournament.

We are allowing up to 2 spectators per player.  (Please note that the 2 coaches are not counted as spectators and do not get 2 additional spectators to watch them)

There are obviously many changes to our guidelines and procedures this year so please take the necessary time to review them and understand them.  

Also, please communicate this information to all your players and spectators that plan to attend.

ENTRANCE TO BUILDINGS

• Upon arrival, one coach should come to the main entrance of the school they are scheduled to play at and check in.  Check in will happen 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time and we will verify your spectator list has been properly completed.  The coach will receive wristbands that he/she can distribute to spectators.  During check in, players and spectators should remain in their cars and not enter the building yet.  The coach can go outside and distribute the wristbands to all spectators prior to entering the building.  Players will not be required to wear a wristband.  
• Players and coaches will be allowed to enter the building and gym 15 minutes prior to the first game time or once the gym is cleared/sanitized from previous games.
• Spectators will be allowed to enter the building and gym 10 minutes prior to the first game time.

* Waseca Junior and Senior High School:  Park in the West parking lot and enter through the main entrance.

* Waseca Intermediate School:  Park in the East parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
