TEAM CHECK-IN & ENTRY

Coaches will be allowed to check-in their team 30 minutes prior to game time.  In advance of check-in, all tournament waivers, and tournament rosters should be completed online.  At check-in we will confirm contact information and provide the 7 wristbands for coaches and spectators.

15 minutes prior to game time coaches and players may enter the building.  Upon entry we will ask all individuals to sanitize their hands and then you will be escorted to your designated court.

5 minutes before the game begins, spectators with a valid wristband will be allowed into the building

WRISTBANDS

Each team will be allowed up to 18 individuals into the facility (players, coaches and fans) which is based on MDH policy related to facility size and the number of courts in use.  Each coach and fan is expected to wear the wristbands at all times during tournament play.  No Wristabnd = No entry.  Wristbands will be handed out at check-in and the number of wristbands per team will be dependent on the # of players per team (i.e – 10 players – 8 wristbands, 9 players, 9 wristbands, etc.)  Spectators will need to stand and socially distance themselves when watching any game.  There will be no chairs provided for fans and fans will not be permitted to bring chairs into the facility. We do have free wifi in the facility and teams are encouraged to have someone live stream (Facebook Live as an option) games for those that are unable to attend.

 MASKS

In accordance with MDH requirements and School District policy, everyone must wear a mask at all times while in the facility (players, coaches, fans, etc.).  All players must always wear masks during game play.  Per the MDH, the only exception will be made for players providing a signed doctor’s note stating their medical condition.  The doctor’s note must be provided upon entry.

POST GAME PROTOCOL

Following each game coaches should wipe down (sanitizing wipes provided) the chairs on their bench. All members of the team (players, fans, and coaches) will be required to leave the building immediately and go outside (an exception to this will be made for teams playing back-to-back games).  There will be signs directing groups to the appropriate exits.  DO NOT exit the doors in which you entered the building. There will be separate doors to utilize for exiting the building.
