Thank you for participating in the 2021 Waseca Classic Girls Basketball Tournament on February 6th.   We need your help with a couple of items below.

TEAM GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES

Attached are our tournament guidelines and procedures.  Please communicate these procedures to all of your participating players and spectators that plan to attend.   This year we will need a roster list filled out by WEDNESDAY,  FEBRUARY 3RD and a spectator list turned in upon arrival.

1. SPECTATOR LIST

The MDH requires us to have a list of all spectators for contact tracing.  If you could help us with that process and provide that information to us either before our tournament or upon arrival, that will help the day go much smoother for everyone.  Attached is a PDF that can be printed, filled out and turned in upon entry. 

 ENTRANCE TO BUILDINGS

• Upon team arrival the coach should come to the entrance of the school they are schedule to play at and collect the wristbands for their spectators 20-30 min prior to their start time.  Coaches can then distribute wristbands to their parents/fans and turn in spectator list. 
• Players will be allowed into the gym 15 min prior to their first game time or once gym is cleared/sanitized from previous games.
• Parents will be allowed into the gym 5-10 min prior to their first game time.

* Waseca Junior and Senior High School: Park in the West parking lot and enter through the main entrance.

* Waseca Intermediate School:  Park in the East parking lot and enter through the main entrance.
